At NextHome Simplicity, we subscribe to a “people first” philosophy. Our diverse team of agents are friendly, helpful, and most importantly, collaborative. Good leadership starts at the top and from day one we’ve made having a healthy culture a priority.
Historically, real estate brokerages generally provided a place for agents to hang their licenses, but support, training, and opportunity were a rare find when it came to what an agent could expect from their brokerage. We wanted to change that.
At NextHome Simplicity, we envisioned a different kind of real estate brokerage. We started by fostering a collaborative office culture with a healthy dose of transparency and provided a clear path of progression so agents knew what it would take to move up in their careers from day one. Our fresh, cool, modern office spaces provide the kind of professional environment that Google employees would be jealous of!
All our agents have full access to both our Biloxi and Long Beach locations. They feature comfortable work spaces, appealing design, easy to use technology, and private space perfect for client meetings. Both offices have office managers on site Monday through Friday from 8:30-2 to help you and your clients. They are available to scan and email documents you may receive by mail, receive documentation or keys your clients may need to drop off. Also both our office managers are notaries so they can handle notarizing any important documents you need.
Our larger Long Beach location is equipped with a soundproof video room, private conference room, full kitchen, and multiple screens in several of the seating areas that you can use to cast your client presentations. It also has several private and semi-private office spaces that are rentable, as well as plenty of open workspace if you don’t need a private office.
Our newest downtown Biloxi location is right in the middle of the action! Walkable to tons of great local restaurants and shops it also features a vibrant professional environment, cutting edge technology, comfortable work spaces, and a private conference room for client meetings.

When Brittany and I started NextHome Simplicity, our goal was to merge our combined strengths and knowledge to create a company that was different from any other on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We’ve been in the trenches and sold hundreds of homes, winning multiple local and national sales awards. Collectively we have nearly 30 years of real estate experience between us, so we took everything we’d learned over the years and applied this real-world knowledge to building our company.
Our plan has always been simple. We know there is a lot of competition in the marketplace, and we want our agents to consistently win. So, we equip them with the latest tech, tools, and relevant training in order to stand out, create a more seamless, stress-free transaction for their clients, and maximize their own profitability.

Mentorship Opportunity
Experienced NextHome Simplicity agents can create another income stream by mentoring new and transferring agents. We train our mentors on how to teach our “paint by numbers” curriculum and pay them a flat fee or percentage of each of their mentorees closed transaction. On average, our mentors make $6,000 for each brand-new agent they mentor.
ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES
Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models: a monthly flat rate fee for agents that want to maximize savings or a gross commission income fee for agents that don’t want to make a monthly financial commitment. Agents have the ability to change plans every six months. In either case, there are no surprises, and all NextHome technology, including the agent website, agent app, DocuSign, and much more, are included with no additional fees.
SUPPORT
We offer top-tier administrative support at both office locations including affordable transaction coordinators, new agent mentors, and concierge-level onboarding and system setup for experienced agents. We also provide regular on-demand web-based and live training on all of our programs and services. Communicate directly with a live NextHome corporate support staff person that is focused on responding promptly and accurately to your questions. Or, ask your broker!
Leads
Leads are generated from a variety of sources that we provide to you, including Realtor.com, your personal website, Mobile Connect, your Reach 150 profile, and our national referral partners – We are about providing quality leads, not quantity or time-consuming leads, and unlike some leads programs at other companies, our leads are not “cherry-picked” by the broker or a team leader but are distributed on a “round robin” basis to agents on the program.

At NextHome your listings will syndicate to hundreds of different websites. The power of our National Listing Distribution program gives your listings unparalleled exposure to all key homebuyer web search sites and the best opportunity to sell your listings fast, for the highest price possible.

Training and Mentorship
At NextHome Simplicity, our in-house training and mentor program is something we pride ourselves on. Brokers from across the county have asked for our “secret sauce,” and agents who have transferred from other local brokerages to NextHome Simplicity say we offer the best training on the MS Gulf Coast.
Whether you are a brand new agent who needs help figuring out where to start or an experienced agent transferring to NHS, we provide a personal mentor to assist you with onboarding, setup and quickly learning how to implement the tools and services provided to you.
For brand new agents, we offer an intensive 8-day real estate BootCamp where you learn the basics like how to open a lockbox, show a property, negotiate a contract, convert leads, and other real estate fundamentals. Many of our new agents who have transferred from other companies tell us, much of the “training” being advertised amounts to web-based generic training any agent can purchase for themselves. Other companies offer new agents the ability to “shadow” experienced agents… assuming the experienced agent is available and actually has time to help. No other Mississippi Gulf Coast brokerage offers a one-on-one mentor with a curriculum written by local award-winning top producers focusing on localized real estate transactions. Our curriculum includes practice offers, quizzes, and a mentor to help ensure our agents are trained, competent in the practice of real estate, and ready to make money!

We have commission splits and fee options for all levels of experience. New agents can start their business and quickly build it, and experienced agents can immediately begin saving time and hard-earned commission. Unfortunately, due to our franchise agreement, we can not publicize our commission splits and fees, but we can tell you that we offer some of the most competitive commission splits, caps, and fees on the MS Gulf Coast while also providing unparalleled service and support. We can also share that we do not charge a franchise commission percentage fee as most franchises do; instead, we offer a low monthly flat fee option. However, a per-transaction percentage fee is an option for those who do not want to pay a monthly fee.
